MOCHA NOCCIATTO
In the filter basket:
- 25 almonds
- 15 espresso coffee beans
In the glass cup
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Fill cup with (around 12oz) hot water or cold water. If using hot water place the belly band around the filler cup. Be careful when opening the lid!
Best enjoyed while lounging in your PJ's before the kids wake up!

MILK CHOCOLATE RECOVERY
In the filter basket:
- 20 almonds
- 1/8 cup of dry oats (any oats will do)
In the glass cup
- ½ small banana cut up
- 2 tsp amber agave
- ½ tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Fill cup with water (about 14 oz) and mix. Take filter out, blend again and enjoy!

ICED MATCHA TEA
In the filter basket:
- 30 almonds
- ½ tbsp matcha green tea powder
In the glass cup
- 1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Fill the filler cup with hot or cold water, about 12 oz (if using hot water be sure to be careful when opening lid), and use a belly band around the cup.
- For cold beverage, add a few ice cubes
- For hot beverage, add some cinnamon for that perfect ooh yumm

CHOCOLATE & BERRIES PUDDING
In the filter basket:
- ¼ avocado, ripe
- 3 strawberries, halved (about ¼ cup whole). You can also sub for blueberries
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 pitted dates
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
No filter basket needed! Just add plant based milk, around 10oz (almond or oat milk) - make in your Nocci first!
Blend until smooth and refrigerate if preferred cold.

NOCCI-MIMOSA
In the filter basket:
- 3-4 mandarin orange slices
In the glass cup
Add desired bubbly champagne to your desired level (Minimum 1 inch above the filter basket, about 6 oz.)
Blend until smooth, pour into a champagne glass and garnish with an orange slice.

In the filter basket:
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/8 cup loose leaf earl grey tea
- 1 Tbsp dairy free chocolate chips
In the glass cup
- Cold water
- 3 Ice Cubes
Fill cup with or cold water and mix. Line the inside of the martini glass with honey. Add 1 to 2 oz Vodka to the martini glass. Pour mix into glass. Cheers!

In the filter basket:
25 soaked cashews (soak overnight if possible)
2 tablespoons of toasted coconut
In the glass cup:
10 oz Alkaline water
2 teaspoons maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Fill cup (around 10-12oz) with cold filtered water. Add ingredients as outlined, blend till smooth, and enjoy! Best enjoyed on the go or with your favorite breakfast cereal.

Pineapple Paradise Cocktail
I’m so excited about this recipe! It’s dairy/lactose free, made with agave as a pure and natural sweetener and it is totally delicious. 🌴
Ingredients:
2-3 chunks fresh pineapple
1.5 oz tequila
0.5 oz rum (optional)
1 oz Vita brand coconut milk, vanilla or regular flavored
3-4 oz fresh organic pineapple juice
¼ oz organic agave syrup
Start by adding your fresh pineapple chunks to the Nocci filter basket and then attach to the base.
Next, screw on the filler cup and fill with the additional ingredients.
Tightly screw on the lid and blend until creamy.Add to cocktail glass with ice.

Fill cup (around 10-12oz) with cold or warm water (use the Nocci belly band if using hot water so to safely hold the glass). Blend until smooth and enjoy in a warm mug or pour over a cup of ice!
*As an alternative you can make this with dried golden berries instead of powder. Simply put 15 almonds or oats + 10 dried golden berries in the filter basket.

In the filter basket:
15-20 Almonds or Cashews (If using cashews soak nuts overnight before blending)
In the glass cup:
1 oz Kahula
1 of Vodka
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
Fill cup with (around 12oz) of cold water. Blend and pour over ice. Best enjoyed by the fireside with a good chic flick!

In the filter basket:
15-20 almonds or 1/4 cup of oats
1 tbsp of espresso beans or 2 tbsp of black tea
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In the glass cup:
Fill the filler cup with warm water
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add the belly band to the Nocci. Add the ingredients to the filter basket. Put the filter basket onto the Nocci base, then add the filler cup and tighten. Add the filler cup ingredients. Put the lid on. Give Nocci a shake, tilt and power on!
Pour into your favourite cocktail glass or mug.
Best enjoyed with a large blanket and your fur baby cuddled beside you.
